Helen is a diverse marketing and product management executive with more than 25 years of industry experience in the financial services space. Regarded as an industry expert, Helen often speaks to groups, as well as contributes to industry publications such as CUinsight.com and ABA's Bank Marketing Journal.
She has held management and leadership roles in Fortune 100 companies such as ADP. At HSBC, she marketed consumer credit card portfolios. Most recently, Helen led a high-profile, marketing and analytic product at Fiserv. In this role, she provided community banks and credit unions with an opportunity to engage consumers while growing product adoption and usage in the payment space. Helen has also owned a New Jersey-based marketing communications consulting firm and has helmed key roles in several emerging companies. Her knowledge of strategic plans and tactical execution -- in creative and analytics -- is a unique perspective that has repeatedly won her recognition for growing profitable solutions. Rounding out her experience, Helen has extensive digital and product experience. Most recently, she was named an Advisor to the BAI Emerging Leaders Network and an Executive Mentor for Seton Hall University's Women's Leadership Program. Helen earned both a Bachelors degree in Marketing and a Masters degree in Communication from Seton Hall University.
