Case #1: A community bank needed support to train its team on Marketing and Sales transformation across the organization. FINspiration worked to define a number of key factors such as KPIs, competitive assessment, brand message, internal surveys and target markets. In addition, a series of meetings provided for input, buy-in and training.
Case #2: A fintech launched a new product and service which required a number of activities including: defined features and benefits, competitive review, landing page, co-branded material, internal training and other support. Roll out results were successful and ahead of projections with 68% growth in Y1 and 55% Y/Y growth in Y2.
